• Own end-to-end store releases (signing, review submission, rollout) for 5 production applications, including the ACI Genetics Sales Monitor and Bidbi Pro.

• Developed Vision BC, a secondary-sales app for ACI Branded Commodities used by about 2,000 field sales officers: invoice generation, delivery, target tracking, attendance and reporting (Flutter, GetX, Firebase, Google Maps, Syncfusion Charts).
• Built the AI-powered Crop Pest Detection app using image recognition and deep learning to identify diseases across multiple crops from a single photo and deliver treatment recommendations to farmers.
• Developed a Task Management app for the ACI Pharma factory: task assignment, real-time progress tracking, image-based status updates and kiosk mode connecting floor workers with management.

• Built a Toll Collection Tracking and Reporting app (Flutter, Provider) with real-time analytics dashboards covering 6 toll plazas.
• Developed a KPI-tracking app (Provider, Firebase Auth and Database) used by management to monitor 30 employees across IT, Finance and HR.

• Built a native Android (Java) e-commerce app for Bashundhara Cement: product catalogue, cart and order management.
• Supported HR Today, an HRMS serving about 50,000 employees (attendance, payroll, leave, rostering).
